• If sending as a gift, we recommend letting the recipient know it’s on its way once tracking info is received so they can keep an eye out for the 1FT x 2FT x 2FT box to arrive on their doorstep

• SHIPPING TIMES: Due to peak holiday order volume, please note it may take up to 1 week for orders to leave our Chicago warehouse (which is closed 11/24-11/27 for Thanksgiving), and transit times vary depending on location. Typically orders arrive within 2 days to the East Coast and within 4 days to the West Coast AFTER IT SHIPS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
